Refund policy
At DSMSD, all products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the limited nature of our releases, all sales are final.
Returns
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Color preference
- Buyer's remorse
Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dsmsd.co. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review each claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
DSMSD is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed, as orders begin processing immediately.
