All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days from the date your order is placed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping transit times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to customers worldwide.

International shipping charges do not include import duties, taxes, customs fees, or any other charges imposed by your destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery if required by your local customs authority.

If an international shipment is refused because duties, taxes, or customs fees are not paid, the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges, customs fees, or other costs incurred. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

DSMSD is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

DSMSD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered. If your package is lost during transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable.
